I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Translational Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience lab under the direction of Cameron Carter, MD. My broad research interests involve taking a multidisciplinary approach to elucidate the functional and structural architecture of the human brain. As a postdoc, my research focuses on applying functional network modeling techniques to fMRI data to investigate dynamic network interactions associated with cognitive control in healthy adults and in schizophrenia. In addition to this, I am also interested in studying how large-scale cognitive networks fractionate into functionally specific sub-networks, and how brain networks flexibly reorganize to efficiently carryout a given goal-directed task.
