The main goal of this study is to investigate how motivation and cognitive control are affected in those with Schizophrenia, Schizophreniform, and Schizoaffective Disorder. In addition, we aim to study sex-related differences in motivation and cognitive control in patients. In order to study this, we use fMRI to look at frontal-striatal circuitry which is associated both with motivation and cognitive control.
