Research on Cognitive Stimulation

The Research on Cognitive Stimulation Study investigates how transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) affects goal maintenance and attention lapsing in individuals with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. Specifically, this study will investigate how tDCS affects dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) activation via stimulation-induced changes in neural oscillations and DLPFC GABA levels using EEG, MRI, and MRS.
